Education: Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies from University College Dublin, admitted as a Solicitor in 2012, obtained a Certificate in Commercial Contracts in 2014.


Eoin Dennehy’s problem solving approach and his deep understanding of the practicalities of taking security for lenders are greatly valued by our clients.

Eoin specialises in the areas of Banking and Property Law and acts for financial institutions on a range of secured and unsecured lending transactions, advising on matters such as facility agreements, loan note instruments, security and title issues and regulatory and statutory requirements.

He also acts for individuals and trustee companies in the acquisition and disposal of both residential and commercial property and provides advice in relation to landlord and tenant matters.

His experience also includes advising financial institutions on receivership and enforcement-related issues and acting on commercial transactions, including asset and share purchase agreements and loan portfolio disposals.

Eoin graduated from University College Dublin with an honours degree in Business and Legal Studies.

Memberships: Eoin is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
