Gordon Judge advises banks and other lenders on the structuring of lending and taking security on a wide variety of financing transactions. He advises on a broad range of company matters, commercial transactions and regulatory issues, with experience of taking companies from incorporation and seed capital through to mergers, joint ventures, management buy outs and initial public offerings. He advises extensively on pensions and trusts.

Gordon has more than 20 years’ experience of film financing transactions and has acted for producers, distributors and financiers. He has also represented the interests of investors and banks for many years in connection with raising finance under Section 481 (film relief) of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997.  From the start of 2015 Section 481 has changed to a tax credit based scheme and he is currently involved in a number of projects seeking to benefit from the new scheme. He also advises clients in the music industry on a variety of intellectual property and related matters.

Gordon is a Legal Science graduate from Trinity College, Dublin and is also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales. He is a member of the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers and an associate member of the Association of Pensioneer Trustees in Ireland. He is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
